I have been to this Amplify Health location (formerly Advance Community Health) on numerous occasions. Everyone is ALWAYS helpful, knowledgeable and seems to really care about your wellbeing while doing their job. The entire staff is amazing and makes you feel like the actually care. They don't just throw you in a room and say ok or hurry up to get you out. It's been years now and I have never had any reason to say anything negative or look for another provider. There is no long wait in the lobby or the patient rooms. All of my concerns were addressed even when I came in for one thing and started talking about another issue. I felt like someone cares when I walk out. I will continue to be a patient of this practice as long as I can. 5 stars and highly recommend.

From the front desk to the Dr. Rodrigo Samodal is the best always on point training me on my health and wants the best for me, and the staff is truly wonderful. It's a pleasure being served by them, They take my health seriously and make me accountable as well , they explain everything so I'm completely aware of things . Simply amazing Abriel she keeps me calm knowing my weakness for needles almost thinks she enjoys it ! 😍 She is the best very compassionate and caring I leave with a better perspective on things outside my health grateful to her and the kindness shown to me always. I'm truly the lucky one to have such a great place to reinvent my new self Thank You!!!!

I accompanied my uncle to his appointment with Cindy for his annual nurse exam. Cindy was so kind and interested in the health care and concerns of both my uncle and myself. The entire staff at this location are attentive to my uncle's needs and health. Thank you, for helping me care for him!

I will be honest; I love this place. Everyone on my care team pushes me to be better and healthier. They don't shame me and work with me to understand that I am important. Krystal and Michelle, as well as the other gals, are always in my corner. Even when I set my appointments to around closing. ᕕ[ ・ ▾ ・ ]ᕗ

I love coming here. The staff are freaking awesome. It's like a family setting they really care about my well-being . I love all the nurses and staffing. I leave here always with a smile on my face.
